( f/5.6 36mm 1/320 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
I was supposed to be in Canada until Saturday, but we came back early. Jameson had his Steelers gear on ready for the game. I noticed the nice shadow behind him, so I told him to look at me and smile. He chose to be super difficult... So this was the best shot I could get of him. The Steelers finally won in overtime 13 - 10.

182/365 - Jim - Heinz Field Panorama
( f/9 24mm 1/320 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
I was able to eat lunch at Heinz Field today because of a Team Achievement award that I received from Giant Eagle. After lunch we were able to go on a tour. The locker rooms were pretty cool to see, though I did get yelled at for standing on the logo. I didn't know that was the rule... I tried several times to merge this panorama with not much luck, so I downloaded a demo version of Photoshop CS4 and it worked pretty well. I wanted to do a polar panorama, but there were too many people in the way and I didn't ask if I could go out in the middle of the field. I'll bet nobody has done that though, so it would have been awesome. Especially if the lines were painted on.

125/365 - Jim - Terrible Towel Steelers Logo
( f/11 24mm 1/125 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
Today is Superbowl XLIII. If you can't tell, I'm a big Steelers fan. I folded the Terrible Towel on a white background and took a photo. Then using Paint Shop Pro I pieced them together and added the text and circle. I think it's going to be a tough game if Ike can't keep the ball out of Fitzgerald's hands. Go Steelers!

119/365 - Courtney - Steeler Excitement
( f/2.8 7.9mm 1/40 sec ISO 100 Sony DSC-P200 )
This was taken by my sister-in-law Courtney. She prides herself in her ability to take blurry photos. In this picture is my father-in-law, Bill, at the AFC Championship game. Courtney tells me this was right after the Polamalu interception. Very understandable that the image would be blurry with all the jumping around and excitement. Go Steelers!

111/365 - Jim - Here We Go Steelers
( f/11 24mm 1/125 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
Today we show our Steeler spirit in preparation for the big game against Baltimore. Courtney will be at the game cheering for us all. I will be at home on that couch to he right staying warm, but I would love to be there. Go Steelers!
