( f/3 105mm 1/10 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
Today I spent the whole day playing in a golf scramble. Our team wasn't the best, so we ended up +3. We did however eagle a par 4 to take the only skin , so it was a successful day. I was out so late and didn't have a photo, so I ended up taking some with my 3mp camera phone just in case. I got home before midnight, so I quickly took this shot because I don't have a data plan and it would have cost me to send the photos to my email.

282/365 - Jim - Billiard Droste
( f/11 24mm 1/125 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
This is a clock that I have in my game room. I used Photo-Brush 5 again to do the droste effect. This would probably make a nice photo for a game room wall. My trial version of the program is almost up, so I'll either have to get it or find another droste program because I think it is pretty cool and an easy effect to apply every once in a while.

225/365 - Jim - Eight Is Enough
( f/11 60mm 1/125 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
I didn't take much time tonight thinking up a photo, so I just pulled out the 8 ball and put it on white for an easy black and white shot. I can't wait until I get the addition built so I can take everything off my pool table and put it in my new photo studio.

018/365 - Jim - 8 ball in the side pocket
( f/16 78mm 1/320 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )
Theme is numbers. My sister helped me compose this shot. I used three studio flashes with two of them having softboxes. I had to get them positioned so the light reflections were not right on the numbers. We tried really hard to get all the numbers perfectly aligned, but looking at it closely I want to move a few balls. I guess it can't always be perfect...
