007/365 - Jim - Drop of Time

( f/22 200mm 1/40 sec ISO 200 Nikon D300 )

Theme is time. I got the Canon 500D close up lens in the mail today. I wanted to use it immediately and had this idea to get a water drop. Not knowing how hard it would be to set up and get right, I went to it. Turned out to take quite a long time and didn't give me the exact results I was after, but I learned in the process.

Well it is a cool idea...neat how you got the clock in there even if it isn't how you wanted it.

I think every one of your pictures are amazing. You are so creative with them. You find the oddest things to photograph and they all turn out beautiful!

This picture is now my desktop background. I resized it to fit perfectly. It is my favorite picture so far and very soothing.
