Today Nolan is 9 months old. He has 2 brand new teeth and is super active. Probably within the month he will be walking. I tried something new today and brought a studio flash outside with a large softbox. The sun was already setting, so the background was pretty dark. I liked the results, so maybe I'll have to get a battery pack someday.

That's what I said..this picture makes him look like a little chunker munker, and I usually don't think he is! Jim-did you ever send out your broken flash?
he does look chunky in the picture and he's not, it must be true the camera puts pounds on.
He is way too active to be a chunker...
He kept trying to crawl to his Dad to play with the cords.
I think he will be an electrician when he grows up :)
I thought the same thing--seemed he put on quite a few pounds since I saw him last! --Amy
