This is an extreme close-up of rust from the base of an old halogen lamp. I used my 105mm macro lens and also put my 50mm lens in front of it to get even closer. I would say this is only about 1/8" wide, so it is very close-up.

the colors are beautiful, who knew rust was so lovely.
